Hi, I’m Kelsey
I’m a women’s Integrative Health Practitioner with the love for helping burnt out sisters, mothers, and wives find rest and true healing through the restoration of Christ.
Women come to me because they want to feel themselves again and are tired of trying to figure it out on their own. They know something is off, but they can’t seem to figure it out. They realize that self-diagnosing, following wellness trends, and doing basic bloodwork is not working, but they also know that chasing one root cause after another isn’t the answer either. They are experiencing symptom burden and just want to reconnect with their bodies, find peace in healing, and feel alive again.
